• increases resistance to packaging and transport operations
• controls dehydration and weight loss of fruits
• extends the shelf life
All raw materials used are of food grade and they are allowed by EU regulations (EC) No 1333/2008 and further amendment and / or US F.D.A on food additives (see table)
